By browsing this website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order with Eco Paper Cups, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Eco Paper Cups Ltd (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") and our customers ("you" or "your").
All orders for custom branded paper cups are subject to artwork approval, material availability, and payment confirmation. Once you approve the digital artwork proof we provide, your order is committed to production. We cannot accept modifications or cancellations once manufacturing has started.
While we make every effort to match colours precisely, minor variations in print shade and saturation may occur due to the physical printing processes on paper stock. We print based on the Pantone Matching System (PMS) or CMYK files provided by you.
All prices quoted by our team are in Pound Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Quotes remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue. For custom branded runs, production will not commence until we receive cleared payment in full, unless credit terms have been formally agreed upon in writing.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all logos, designs, and content submitted to us for printing do not infringe on the intellectual property or trademark rights of any third party. By submitting artwork, you grant us a non-exclusive license to print and manufacture the design for your order.
Estimated production lead times begin from the date of final artwork approval and payment clearance. While we make every effort to meet stated deadlines, lead times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to courier delays, customs holds, or force majeure events beyond our control.
Standard delivery is free to mainland UK business addresses. Please ensure a representative is available to accept and sign for the delivery at the agreed address.
Because our branded paper cups are custom manufactured to your unique design specifications, they are exempt from the standard return policies applicable to non-customized goods. Returns and refunds are only accepted if the goods are structurally defective or fail to match the approved artwork proof.
If you identify a defect or printing error, you must notify us in writing within 7 working days of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the issue. Our liability is limited to the replacement of the defective goods or a refund of the purchase price.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
